Lots of talent returning on this squad led by 2023 State Qualifier Armando Wisdom. Wisdom punched his ticket as a sophomore a year ago and will look to take the next step and climb onto the podium in 2024. Ernest Padron and Isaac Jacobs both just missed punching their ticket in 2023 … both will be looking to book their trip to Kissimmee in their final year at American Heritage. Coach wisdom has a ton of returners with experience (beyond Wisdom, Padron, and Jacobs) … how high this group climbs will come down to how well they compete this season. Isaac Fayer, David Vargas, Israel Cuba, and Freddie King all won matches at the region 4 tournament last year and will look to take the next step and punch their ticket in 2024. Others to watch include 8th grader Diego Baish-Miranda, freshmen Max Callis and Julian Lupolover, and sophomore Dillion Rodriguez.
