The Knights will be in the hunt in 2024. Yes, they return just 2 State Placers - AD Barrientos and Jayla Harrison, but both will be hunting the top step in 2024. Oakleaf also returns Fargo All American Kailani Barrientos who forfeited her matches in the Region 1 tournament a year ago … she has all the tools to be on top of the podium as well. Add in Jazzmine Moore and Sofia Montijo and Oakleaf could have 4 or 5 wrestlers in Kissimmee in March. Four or five qualifiers and a few champs and they will be in the mix to take home a team trophy. Keep an eye on a pair of freshmen in Jasmine Allen and Jasmine Soto as well. - SEWrestle
