St Martin finished 6th at the Traditional State Tournament last year and with the depth they have returning … this is a squad that will look to make some noise and challenge for the top spot. Six State Placers return for St Martin’s led by seniors Estevan Ramirez, Anthony Suddeth, and Ethan Vaughn. But this team goes well beyond the senior core … they have returners that range from Juniors to 8th graders and they should serve them well for years to come. If St Martin is going to challenge Ocean Springs and Vancleave for the top spot they must get those placers to move higher on the podium in 2024 and to get their returning qualifiers (Ruiz and Scorsone) to score points once they get to the big dance. Should be an exciting season for St Martin. - SEWrestle
