St. Martin enters as the early favorites on the girls side. They return a ton of talent. I’m not certain how the girls state tournament works in Mississippi given that two St. Martin Yellowjackets made the podium at the same weight a year ago (and it looks like both scored points). Still … Parlet, Savage, and Lindsey were all in the finals and that should bode well for Coach Hodgson and his crew heading into 2023-2024. Keep an eye on Alajia Green and Briley Danley as well as Makenzie Rocco and Gracie Ziegler. Based on returning talent … St Martin looks like the team to beat in 2024. - SEWrestle
