This team could be sneaky good. Flying under the radar as everyone talks about Daphne, Sparkman, and Thompson … Weaver returns a ton of talent led by Fargo All American Lena Johannson. Although this is the first official season … Weaver (like many of the other top programs) has been competing for a long time. Johannson has taken the top spot each of the last two years and Ali Anderson and Mariah Johannson were second a year ago. It isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that Weaver could have three individual champs when we are finished with 2024. The key for Weaver is Kynlee Fulmer, Kallie Mayfield, and Kira Benson … all three have competed previously and if each can make a run to the podium … Weaver could be tough to stop. Keep an eye on Ariel Sargent, Baleigh Brown, Heaven Bishop, and Jaylyn Medley - this is a team that could make some noise. Not many people are talking about Weaver as begin the season, but don’t be surprised if they are in the conversation when we get to the end. - SEWrestle
